These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with https://www.auctify.com (the "Service") operated by Auctify. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We continuously improve our software based on user feedback. To ensure fairness, we use a feature voting tool to prioritize updates.
We include a 1GB storage limit and a 100GB data transfer limit per account. We don't charge immediate overage fees, but we may contact you to discuss dedicated solutions if you consistently exceed these limits.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled via your account management page.
A valid payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) is required. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an invoice requiring manual payment within the deadline to avoid service interruption.
Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
In no event shall Auctify be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
