Auctify ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://auctify.com website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Usage Data & Cookies

We automatically collect "Usage Data" regarding how the Service is accessed. This may include your IP address, browser type, time spent on pages, and unique device identifiers.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Service to work, such as the one that keeps you signed in and the one that remembers your language. The rest are for analytics and advertising, and those are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can also instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though some portions of our Service may become unavailable.

If you decline, no Google or Meta cookies are set and Meta is told nothing about your visit. Google Analytics still counts the page view, but without setting a cookie and without an identifier that would let us or Google recognise you again. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Separately, we set one first-party cookie that records how you first reached our site — the search, link or advertisement you came from — so we can see which channels bring us customers. It is never shared with anyone else, it contains no name, email address or account, and it expires after 90 days.

If you are located outside the Netherlands and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the Netherlands and process it there.

5. Service Providers & Payments

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf.

Payment Processing

We provide paid products and/or services. We use third-party services for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors:

Analytics and Advertising

With your consent we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how this site is used, and the Meta pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. If you start a free trial or pay an invoice after accepting cookies, we also report that event to Meta from our own server, with your email address in hashed form, so the result can be matched to the advertisement that produced it. If you decline, none of this happens. Both companies may process this data outside the European Union, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework:

6. Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Auction Listings on AuctionsNearMe

Auctify clients run their own auction sites and decide what their lots show. The client is responsible for that content, including having permission to publish any personal data in it, such as a home address or a person in a photo. Auctify hosts that content on the client's behalf.

To help lots get found, Auctify also lists each running lot on AuctionsNearMe.com, the auction discovery site run by the company behind Auctify, and is responsible for that listing. It shows the lot's title, description, photo, address and map location, start and end time, the auction site's name and a link to bid there. No information about bidders or buyers is included. We do this to deliver the service our clients signed up for, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping their auctions reach buyers.

Listings are public. They include structured data and are submitted to search engines, so search engines and other services may index or copy them; we cannot control copies kept by others.

A lot's page on AuctionsNearMe is withdrawn once the lot has ended. If a listing shows your home, your image or other information about you, you can ask us to remove it, whether or not you are an Auctify client (see Contact Us).
