Gem Dealers Loose stones and parcels auctioned to the buyers you already trade with
Estate and Vintage Buyers Estate jewelry and watches sold at a price set by the bidding
Auction Houses Run specialist jewelry and watch sales under your own name, not a marketplace’s

Features

Bidders You Choose

A lot can require a card on file before anyone may bid on it. Every bidder accepts your own terms of use to register, and private mode hides the whole sale behind an access code you hand out.

Nothing Taken Off the Hammer

Zero commission and no listing fees, on every plan. A 15% commission on a $60,000 sale is $9,000; a flat monthly subscription is the same money whether the lot is a silver charm or a signed watch.

Reserves You Set, Relists That Are Free

Put a reserve on the stone and a lot that finishes under it does not sell. If it misses the money, reopen it and run it again — a relist is free and never counts against your monthly allowance.

The Grading Report, One Click Away

Up to five photographs and a full description on every lot — carat, colour, clarity, cut, metal and hallmarks — with a link to the report on the grading lab’s own website, where a buyer can check it.

Your Premium, Your Delivery Charge

Set a buyer’s premium and a delivery fee per lot, priced for insured shipping if that is how you send; both are added to what the winner owes at checkout. The money lands in your own Stripe, PayPal or bank account.

Late Bids Get an Answer

A bid in the closing minutes extends the clock, so a stone is never won by whoever clicks last. A buyer who cannot watch the close leaves a maximum in advance and the site bids for them up to it.

AI-READY LISTINGS

Built for jewelry buyers.
Readable by AI.

Buyers do not only browse the marketplaces any more — they ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity where a particular ring, stone or watch is coming up for sale.

Your site publishes its live lots as Schema.org data — name, photograph, current price, whether bidding is open and when it closes — that search engines and AI assistants can read and cite.

Jewelry & Gemstone Auction FAQ

Can I run an online jewelry or gemstone auction with Auctify?

Yes. Timed ascending auctions with scheduled opening and closing times, bid increments, reserve prices and soft close, which extends the clock on a late bid until bidding settles. Dutch and Buy Now lots are available too.

What does it cost, and does Auctify take a percentage of what I sell?

Every plan carries the same features and differs only in how many lots you can list a month; the 7-day trial needs no credit card. Auctify charges zero commission and no listing fees — only Stripe's or PayPal's own card fee applies.

Can I attach a GIA or IGI certificate to a lot?

Not as a file. Each lot takes up to five photographs and a full description, so photograph the certificate as one of the five and link to the report on the grading lab's own website, where a buyer can check the number for themselves.

How do I keep a high-value sale to serious bidders?

Tick the card-on-file option on a lot and only bidders with a valid card saved can bid on it. Registration means accepting your own terms, you can suspend any account, and private mode shows the sale only to the people you give the access code.

Your lots on AuctionsNearMe

Once your site is live, each running lot is also published on AuctionsNearMe.com, the auction discovery site run by the company behind Auctify.

Each lot gets its own page with its photo and a live countdown, a pin on the map and structured data that search engines and AI assistants can read. Included in every plan, with nothing to set up.
