Auction software trusted by 4,000+ customers worldwide, at zero commission since 2015.
Built for the Wine and Whisky Trade
Merchants, collectors, distilleries and auction houses use Auctify to run their own timed sales under their own name, without handing a percentage of every bottle to a platform.
Features
Catalogue a Cellar from a Spreadsheet
A cellar list already lives in a spreadsheet. Upload it and the CSV import builds the lots, checking every row and previewing before anything is saved; the label photographs go on in one drag-and-drop pass.
Nothing Taken Off the Hammer
Zero commission and no listing fees, on every plan. A 10% seller’s commission on a $40,000 cellar is $4,000; a flat monthly subscription is the same money whether the lot is a mixed case or a rare single malt.
Reserves You Set, Relists That Are Free
Put a reserve on the rare bottle and a lot that finishes under it does not sell. If it misses the money, reopen it and run it again — a relist is free and never counts against your monthly allowance.
Bidders You Choose
Every bidder accepts your own terms of use to register. A lot can require a card on file before anyone may bid, and private mode hides the whole sale behind an access code you hand out.
Your Premium, Your Delivery Charge
Set a buyer’s premium and a delivery fee per lot; both are added to what the winner owes at checkout. The premium is yours, and the money lands in your own Stripe, PayPal or bank account.
Sell for Other Collectors Too
An auction house or merchant can open the site to consignors. Each seller gets a dashboard and a storefront of their lots, and one switch decides whether buyers pay your site once or each seller directly.
Get the Sale Online in 3 Steps
No code, no servers and nobody to hire. The first lot can be taking bids this afternoon.

Catalogue the Bottles
Label photographs, vintage, bottle size, fill level and provenance — typed in one lot at a time or imported from a spreadsheet. Set the reserve and closing time on each.
Open the Bidding
Send the catalogue to your mailing list and let the clock run. Outbid and winning emails, the amount owed and the checkout all take care of themselves.

Readable by AI.
Collectors do not only read the auction newsletters any more — they ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity where a bottle is coming up for sale.
Your site publishes its live lots as Schema.org data — name, photograph, current price, whether bidding is open and when it closes — that search engines and AI assistants can read and cite.

Wine & Whisky Auction FAQ
Can I run an online wine or whisky auction with Auctify?
Yes. Timed ascending auctions with scheduled opening and closing times, bid increments, reserve prices and soft close, which extends the clock on a late bid until bidding settles. Dutch and Buy Now lots are available too.
What does it cost, and does Auctify take a percentage of what I sell?
Every plan carries the same features and differs only in how many lots you can list a month; the 7-day trial needs no credit card. Auctify charges zero commission and no listing fees — only Stripe's or PayPal's own card fee applies.
Does Auctify check bidders' age or my licence to sell alcohol?
No. Your licence to sell alcohol, any age check the law asks of you and the rules on shipping it stay with you — Auctify verifies none of them. What the site gives you is control over who bids: registration means accepting your own terms, a lot can require a card on file, and private mode hides the sale behind an access code. Check that Stripe or PayPal accept alcohol sales where you trade.
Where do vintage, fill level and provenance go?
On the lot. Each lot takes up to five photographs and a full description for vintage, bottle size, fill level, storage history and provenance, with links to anything held elsewhere. A mixed parcel can also carry a CSV, XLS or XLSX manifest listing every bottle.
Your lots on AuctionsNearMe
Once your site is live, each running lot is also published on AuctionsNearMe.com, the auction discovery site run by the company behind Auctify.
Each lot gets its own page with its photo and a live countdown, a pin on the map and structured data that search engines and AI assistants can read. Included in every plan, with nothing to set up.
