Charge for listing
Create yearly listing plans for your sellers — a set number of lots, or unlimited at a higher price. You set the tiers and the prices.
Sellers run their own sales
Each seller lists and manages their own lots from a storefront of their own, under your brand. You decide who may sell and oversee every listing.
Plan fees land with you
Sellers pay for their plan through your own Stripe or PayPal account and buy another year when it runs out. You manage every seller and plan from your admin.

Set up your plans
Create the subscription plans your sellers can choose from, and set the price of each.
Sellers sign up
Sellers register on your site, pick a plan and start listing their lots.
You get paid
Plan fees land in your Stripe or PayPal account. A plan runs for a year; the seller buys again to continue.
Who collects the money
Both answers are one switch in your admin, and Auctify takes a percentage of neither.
You collect, then pay your sellers
Centralized checkout: a buyer who won lots from several sellers pays your site once, through your own Stripe or PayPal account, and you pay each seller out afterwards — the way a saleroom settles with its consignors. Part payment is allowed, and nobody can pay more than they owe.
Each seller collects their own
Leave the switch off and each seller connects their own Stripe, PayPal or bank details. Their buyers pay them directly, and the money never passes through your account.
Either way, your sellers' subscription fees are yours in full, and no commission on a sale ever reaches us.
Your marketplace doesn’t keep office hours
Once your sellers are set up, the marketplace runs itself: auctions open, take bids and close on schedule while you're asleep or in another timezone, and soft close handles the endgame. Plan fees land straight in your Stripe or PayPal account, and Auctify never takes a percentage of any of it. The admin is a browser tab, so wherever you can get online is where you run the business.
