Built for the Farm Sale

Farms, machinery dealers, auctioneers and co-ops use Auctify to run their own timed machinery sales under their own name, without handing a percentage of the day to anyone.

Family Farms Retirement and dispersal sales — the whole yard, in one catalogue
Machinery Dealers Trade-ins, ex-demo and surplus stock cleared without giving away margin
Farm Auctioneers Run farm sales online under your own name, not a marketplace’s
Contractors and Co-ops Fleet renewal and end-of-season implements, sold to buyers you already know

Features

Catalogue a Dispersal from a Spreadsheet

A retirement sale is three hundred lots, not thirty. Upload a spreadsheet and the CSV import builds your forward-auction lots a hundred rows at a time, checking every row and showing you a preview before anything is saved — then the photographs go on in one drag-and-drop pass.

Nothing Taken Off the Hammer

Zero commission and no listing fees, on every plan. A 10% commission on a $250,000 dispersal is $25,000. A flat monthly subscription, from US$49, is the same money whether the lot is a pallet of fencing or a combine.

Reserves You Set, Relists That Are Free

Put a reserve on the combine and bidders can see whether it has been met; a lot that finishes under it does not sell. If it misses the money, reopen it and run it again — a relist is free and never counts against your monthly lot allowance.

Bidding From the Cab

Browsing, bidding and the admin all work on a phone, and prices, bid counts and countdowns move on the page without a reload. A buyer who will be drilling at the close leaves a maximum in advance and the site bids up to it on their behalf, never showing what it is.

Your Premium, Your Haulage Charge

Set a buyer’s premium and a delivery fee per lot and both are added to what the winner owes at checkout. The premium is yours — Auctify never takes a share of a sale — and the money lands in your own Stripe, PayPal or bank account, not in ours.

Sell for the Neighbours Too

An auctioneer or a dealer can open the site to other sellers. Every consignor gets their own dashboard and a storefront page of their lots, and one switch decides whether buyers pay your site once for everything or each seller is paid directly.

AI-READY LISTINGS

Built for farm buyers.
Readable by AI.

Buyers do not only read the sale bill and the farming press any more — they ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity what machinery is coming up for sale near them.

Your site publishes its live lots as Schema.org structured data — name, photograph, current price, currency, whether bidding is still open and when it closes — in the machine-readable form search engines and AI assistants read and quote. Nothing to install, and no markup to write.

Farm Machinery Auction FAQ

Can I run an online farm machinery auction with Auctify?

Yes. Auctify runs timed ascending auctions with scheduled opening and closing times, percentage-based bid increments, reserve prices and soft close, which extends the clock when a bid lands in the final moments and keeps extending until bidding settles. Dutch, reverse and Buy Now lots are available as well, so a tractor, a grain trailer, a pallet of workshop tools or a full dispersal catalogue all sell from the same site.

What does it cost, and does Auctify take a percentage of what I sell?

Starter is US$49 a month for up to 100 lots a month, Pro is US$99 for up to 200, and Enterprise is US$299 for unlimited lots. All three carry the same features, and the 7-day free trial needs no credit card. Auctify charges zero commission and no listing fees, so nothing is deducted from the hammer price; the card or PayPal fee on a winner’s payment is charged by Stripe or PayPal, not by us.

Can I get a whole dispersal sale online without technical help?

Yes. Auctify is fully hosted and no-code — no developers, no server, nothing to install or patch. A big sale goes up by spreadsheet: the CSV import creates forward-auction lots up to 100 rows per file, validates every row and shows you a preview before anything is written, and the photographs are dragged onto the imported lots in a pass afterwards. Imported lots count against the monthly allowance like any other, so a three-hundred-lot dispersal belongs on the Enterprise plan.

Where do hours, serial numbers and service history go?

On the lot. Each lot takes up to five photographs and a full description, and the description is where you state the hours, the serial or plate number, the service history and anything known to be wrong, and where you link an inspection report or a walkaround video. A lot that is really a bundle — a pallet of spares, a shed of hand tools — can also carry a manifest file in CSV, XLS or XLSX, so a bidder can see exactly what is in it.

How do buyers pay, and who deals with collection and haulage?

Winners pay on your own site by card through your own Stripe account, by PayPal, or by bank transfer. The money goes straight to you and never passes through Auctify, and no deposit is held anywhere. A buyer’s premium and a delivery charge can be set per lot and are added to what the winner owes at checkout, and both belong to you. Collection dates, loading and transport remain yours to arrange; state them in the lot description, where bidders read them before they bid.

Can other farms or dealers put machinery into my sale?

Yes. You can let other sellers register on your site — everyone who signs up, or only the ones you approve — and each one gets their own dashboard and a storefront page carrying their lots, while the sale stays under your name. One switch decides whether buyers pay your site once for everything they won, leaving you to settle with each consignor, or every seller is paid straight into their own account. You can also charge sellers a recurring listing plan with quotas enforced automatically.

Will my machinery be found in Google and AI search?

Your site publishes its live lots as Schema.org structured data — name, image, price, currency, whether bidding is open and when it closes — which is the feed Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity read when somebody asks what machinery is coming up for sale. Lot pages carry canonical URLs and Open Graph tags, images are converted to WebP for speed, and the sale is listed on AuctionsNearMe.com automatically.

Get Discovered on AuctionsNearMe.com

Every Auctify machinery sale is listed on AuctionsNearMe.com automatically — the auction discovery platform run by the same company, with 2,500+ auction houses indexed across 60+ regions.

Buyers search AuctionsNearMe for sales near them, and a machine is worth a long trailer journey. Your lots appear as a pin on its global map at no extra cost, in front of people who have never heard of your yard. There is nothing to set up.
